42 ABW Pitch Competition: Spark @ the Max

MGMWERX, in partnership with the 42nd Airbase Wing and in association with Alabama Powers, hosted the inaugural Maxwell Air Force Base pitch competition: “Spark At The Max!”

In an effort to recognize capability gaps at Maxwell Air Force Base, the 42nd ABW presented an opportunity to its Airmen to pitch solutions that would be executed by the FY22 innovation funds.

Six Maxwell AFB personnel and Airmen submitted solutions to leadership. Submitters received pitch coaching before presenting their idea/solution to leadership at a competition event in downtown Montgomery, AL. A panel of judges reviewed each pitch and awarded two projects to be implemented within FY22.
