About Mindful Meta Art
We are a non-clinical alternative solution that can work with your current wellness program. We facilitate a creative wellness environment for self-reflection and introspection. During the sessions we help our clients transmute the intangible through art mediation and processed facilitation to create tangible art that they can keep and use for their own personal use in their journey.
Mindful Meta Art was created from the understanding that healing comes from within. Let’s Breathe & Create
