Montgomery, ALA. — MGMWERX is happy to announce that John “JB” Bratcher has joined the Innovation team as an Innovation & Collaboration Specialist. A North Carolina native, JB will support the Innovation & Collaboration Principal in research and strategy. John’s extensive expertise in problem solving, instructional system design, planning, and organizational management will be a good match for the I&C team. The 21-year combat veteran and 6-year Civil Servant holds a B.B.A. from Columbia Southern University and a M.B.A. in Education from Hawai’i Pacific University. Most recently, John was an elementary school teacher on the island of Oahu in Hawai’i. The proud father of University of Cincinnati Sophomore, Alyssa (19), enjoys UNC Basketball and is an avid fisherman. His love of all things athletic keeps him on the forefront of ingenuity and progress, but he stays humble with the mantra “You can’t be everything to everyone.” John plans to support the I&C team “to the best of his ability” and “be the brand advocate” that MGMWERX deserves.
